01 — Careers
Become a Vetted Pro.
Nexodyne works with part-time specialists in twelve disciplines. Your work is what gets you in.
02 — Why join
Why work with us.
-
Real projects.
Work across our own ventures and for clients: books, sites, tests, campaigns. Things that go live and get used.
-
Remote and part-time.
From anywhere, in the hours you have. We match projects to your availability, not the other way round.
-
Rates agreed before work starts.
You name your rate. Every project is agreed in writing before the first hour.
-
A team that plans.
A lead from the core team sets the plan and the checks, so you can do the work you are good at.
03 — Disciplines
Disciplines we take applications for.
Twelve fields. Pick the one closest to your work; there is room in the form to say more.
-
Finance.
- What you would do
- Build pricing, models and forecasts for ventures and clients, and check the numbers others rely on.
- We look for
- Models you have built that someone relied on, and the judgement to say when a number is wrong.
-
Marketing.
- What you would do
- Plan launches and campaigns, run them, and report what happened in plain words.
- We look for
- Campaigns you ran with a budget, and the numbers they produced.
-
Engineering.
- What you would do
- Design and review the parts of a product that have to keep working under load.
- We look for

- We look for
- Published work and an edit you have made, with the before and after.
-
Front-end.
- What you would do
- Build the pages people see: fast, accessible and right at 390 px and at 1920 px.
- We look for
- Live pages you built, and how they score on accessibility and speed.
-

- We look for
- A product you shaped from idea to use, and what you cut.
-
Languages and translation.
- What you would do
- Make a product read naturally in a second language, from the pages to the emails.
- We look for
- Native-level writing in your language and a translation you are proud of.
-
Video and illustration.
- What you would do
- Make pictures and short films that explain a product, not decorate it.
- We look for
- A portfolio where every piece has a job to do.
04 — Vetting
How vetting works.
Four steps. We look at your work, not your CV.
-
01
Apply.
Fill in the form below. It takes about 10 minutes. Two links to your work are enough.
-
02
Review.
We look at the work you linked.
-
03
A short call.
We talk about how you work, your rate and your hours.
-
04
Vetted Pro.
You join us, and we match you to projects as they come.
05 — Questions
Questions applicants ask.
Is this a job?
No. It is part-time, project by project. Rates are agreed before work starts. We do not promise a number of hours.
Where do I need to be?
Anywhere. The work is remote. We ask for your time zone so calls land at a fair hour.
What does the review look at?
Your work. We look at what you linked and judge whether it meets the bar. A CV helps us place you, but it is not what gets you in.
What does a project look like?
A lead from our core team sets the brief and the deadline. Your rate is agreed before you start.
What language is the work in?
English, in International English spelling. Other languages are a plus, and for translation work they are the point.
When will I hear back?
We read every application and write back within four weeks, either way. If the timing is not right, we keep your application for 12 months and write when a project fits.
06 — Apply
Apply to become a Vetted Pro.
Ten minutes. Two links to your work matter more than anything else here.
